Summer usually means more free time. This means more opportunity to get into summer shape! This week I'm focusing on being green while working out.

Encourage Change
Ask gym to save energy
Persuade friends to take public transit to the game
Get Outside- Skip the Gym
Enjoy your community's local parks and trails
